Students receiving third party tuition assistance should contact the Sponsor billing office (307.432.1690) at time of registration to advise 怡春院视频 of tuition assistance status.

  • Active duty USAF students receiving 100 percent tuition assistance must contact the Student Hub (307.778.1265) at time of registration to advise 怡春院视频 of tuition assistance status and receive tuition assistance paperwork instructions. If students intend to register for a late-starting class, please contact the Student Hub as well.
  • Students eligible for the GI Bill庐 must contact the Student Hub (307.778.1265) at time of registration to advise 怡春院视频 of tuition assistance status.
  • All other military-affiliated students should contact the Sponsor billing office (307.432.1690) at time of registration to advise 怡春院视频 of tuition assistance status. 

How to Make a Payment

Payments can be made by cash, check (foreign checks are not accepted), money order, cashier check, U.S. traveler's check or credit card in person at all locations or online through the full payment option in my怡春院视频 (Visa, MasterCard and Discover). American Express payments are available only through Nelnet 鈥淧ayment Plan鈥� option in my怡春院视频.

To pay in full in person:

  1. Go to the cashier in the Administration Building or the Administrative Office on the Laramie Campus. 
  2. Pay with cash, check or credit card (Discover, MasterCard and Visa). 
  3. The Cheyenne Campus Student Hub can accept payments in cash (exact change) or check only. 

To pay in full over the phone:

  1. Dial 307.778.1199 or 307.721.5138. Students will be connected directly with a cashier, if you get voicemail, you should receive a call back within one business day. 
  2. Pay with a credit or debit card (Discover, MasterCard and Visa). 

To pay in full online:

  1. Log in to .
  2. Hover over the Student Tab and click the Self Service link.
  3. In the left-hand navigation, click "Financial Information," "Student Finance" and then "Make a Payment" link.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to make your payment in full.

To pay via a payment plan:

Students may pay their tuition and fees through 怡春院视频鈥檚 automatic payment plan, an easy, convenient and interest-free alternative for payment of tuition and fees. Students must pay a nonrefundable $25 processing fee and agree to automated withdrawal payments to participate.

To pay via U.S. Postal Service (do not send cash):
