About Cashier/Accounts Receivable
At the Student Hub
The Student Hub can accept payments in鈥痗ash (exact change)鈥痮r鈥痗heck鈥痮nly.
- Paying current student account charges, including tuition and fees, room and board, fines, etc.
- Obtaining current balance of student accounts
- Paying for transcripts
- Answering questions about student accounts
- Getting information about current semester鈥�Nelnet鈥痯ayment plans
- Inquiring about refund check status
- Reporting lost refund checks
Cashier's Office - Administration Building, Room 147
The Cashier's Office in the Administration Building offers services to students, faculty, and staff for all of the following:
- Paying club accounts
- Paying wellness fees
- Paying student account charges, including tuition and fees, room and board, fines, etc.
- Obtaining current balance of student accounts
- Paying for transcripts
- Answering questions about student accounts
- Turning in sponsorship paperwork
- Picking up book vouchers for those paid by sponsorship
- Reporting lost refund checks
The office will be open during the following days and hours:
Fall and Spring Semesters
- Monday 鈥� Friday: 8 a.m. 鈥� 5 p.m.
Summer Semester
- Monday 鈥� Friday: 7:30 a.m. 鈥� 4 p.m.
