What is Sexual Assault?
Sexual assault is any sexual penetration, sexual intrusion or sexual contact without a person's consent.
Title IX Rights
Under Title IX, Complainant and Respondent have the right to available resources which may be provided by the College. These resources include advocacy, College housing assistance, academic support, counseling, physical and mental health services, and disability services.

The College encourages reporting and is ready to assist in ensuring the safety of victims and thorough and fair investigation and resolution processes. Advocacy support is available through the College and in the Cheyenne and Laramie communities, and will be offered upon any report of sexual assault.
In College proceedings, both the accuser and accused are entitled to the same opportunities to have others present during College investigative and disciplinary proceedings, and both shall be informed of the outcome of proceedings.
