Ranch Horse Team

Boy on horse

The 怡春院视频 Ranch Horse Team proudly represents the agriculture program at Laramie County Community College both in and out of the arena. The team showcases essential horsemanship skills through participation in shows organized by Stock Horse of Texas (SHTX), CoWN, Slidin' Daze, the National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA), and the National Intercollegiate Ranch.

Members are required to compete using their personal horse in the working cow horse, reining, ranch trail, and ranch riding events. The opportunity for on-campus boarding is available for team members as well as competitive scholarships.

Students from any major on campus are eligible to compete on the Equestrian Team and attend shows across the nation as part of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association.

Students can compete in horsemanship, ranch riding, reining, hunt seat equitation and equitation over fences. They may specialize in English or western events although most students at 怡春院视频 compete in both. Students will draw horses for each event, so experience riding different types and levels of horses is an advantage.

Horses are provided and all experience levels are welcome to join.

Scholarships are available for students on this team.
